![]() Inside the Troubleshoot tab, scroll right down to Find and fix other problems and click on on Keyboard to expand the menu. A simple fix for this would be to turn the keyboard upside down to try to remove the dirt. I'm hoping you guys can help me out with this problem without having to send it back for repair. All you need is a screwdriver, pair of scissors, and a plastic straw. Unfortunately, the "w" key is not working properly which is a real bummer as I play a lot of FPS games. If the function keys are not working, the problem may be you have a function lock or F-Lock key that needs to be toggled. Make sure Turn on Filter Keys is not selected. ![]() The other keys work fine, so I do not think that this is a software problem.
